GPM HTS series compounding extruder is a mature and stable extruder set by Taiwan Shizhou Machinery Co., Ltd. with 50 years of design and production experience in China. The HTS series establishes a new equipment standard with its specific torque of 11Nm/cm³. This type of model has a maximum capacity increase of 27% compared with ordinary models. As the rotation speed is increased from ordinary 600rpm to 900rmp, the filling efficiency is improved and the melt temperature is reduced, thus improving the product quality.
Due to the deep accumulation in design details and production process. Each set of GPM HTS compounding extrusion system must undergo strict factory testing (FAT testing) in our company (Yangzhou Dingchang) before leaving the factory to ensure that it provides customers with the highest product quality.
